Director of Food & Beverage

Throughout his career, George has traveled the United States as a corporate trainer in Mixology for McCormick & Schmick’s. He has also worked at some of Chicago’s top restaurants, which includes the famous Berghoff Restaurant where he started his career in hospitality 30 years ago. Most recently, George worked for The Palm restaurant in Chicago. George’s background in dining room and bar management includes: The Saloon Steakhouse (Chicago), Sabatino’s (Chicago), and the Francesca’s Restaurant group in Chicago and California, just to name a few.


During his career, George has appeared on the hit restaurant review show “Check Please” where his restaurant was given four-stars on food and service. He has also appeared in several Chicago publications for mixology and Bartender of the Year. George has a passion for creating memorable dining experiences with great food, cocktails, and conversation. 


Events Coordinator

Megan was born and raised in Beloit, graduating from Turner High School, and after high school, Megan took classes at UW-Rock County. In addition, she has served as coach for the Hononegah Indianettes Dance Team for the past four years. Megan has worked at the Beloit Club since inception and prior at the Country Club of Beloit. She has excelled in all areas of the food and beverage operation over this time and is a natural fit for this role.
