  • Email: Fill out the order form (CLICK HERE) and email it to Daisy at ddiaz@thebeloitclub.com. 
  • In-Person: You can also print the order form (CLICK HERE) and drop it off with our host at the club.

Place your Thanksgiving To-Go order no later than Friday, November 17th.
