Half-pound of protein per adult and quarter-pound per child is suggested. For each starch and vegetable, 4 ounces per person is recommended.

Michigan turkey, roasted to perfection.

SOUP & SALAD

3. Root Vegetable Soup — $12 (per quart)
Carrots, sweet potatoes, and spices with heavy cream.
 

4. Butternut Squash Salad — $13 (per pound)
Arugula, roasted squash, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, and our home-made raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

SIDE DISHES

5. Cauliflower Au Gratin — $13 (per pound)

Thinly sliced Yukon potatoes, cream sauce, cheddar cheese and roasted cauliflower.


6. Garlic Mashed — $11 (per pound)

Heavy cream, butter, spices and fresh garlic.

7. Green Bean Casserole — $12 (per pound)

Green beans, whine onion and cream of mushrooms. 


8. Grandma's Rosemary Gravy — $12 (per quart)

Turkey broth reduced overnight with roasted turkey bones, root vegetables and fresh herbs. 


9. Vegetable Medley — $13 (per pound)

Sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, cranberries and pecans. 


10. Cranberry Sauce  — $12 (per pound)

Fresh cranberries cooked with grade B maple syrup, port wine and fresh orange juice.


11. Classic Stuffing — $11 (per pound)

Breadcrumbs, celery, carrots, onions, and chicken stock. 


12. Cheddar Dinner Rolls — $9 (6 count)
