Half-pound of protein per adult and quarter-pound per child is suggested. For each starch and vegetable, 4 ounces per person is recommended.

Arugula, roasted squash, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese, and our home-made raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Thinly sliced Yukon potatoes, cream sauce, cheddar cheese and roasted cauliflower.

Heavy cream, butter, spices and fresh garlic.

Green beans, whine onion and cream of mushrooms.
8. Grandma's Rosemary Gravy — $12 (per quart)
Turkey broth reduced overnight with roasted turkey bones, root vegetables and fresh herbs.

Sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, cranberries and pecans.
10. Cranberry Sauce — $12 (per pound)
Fresh cranberries cooked with grade B maple syrup, port wine and fresh orange juice.

Breadcrumbs, celery, carrots, onions, and chicken stock.
