2025 THANKSGIVING TO-GO

Please fill out the below form to place your Thanksgiving To-Go order by 10am on Thursday, November 20.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Half-pound of protein per adult and quarter-pound per child is suggested. For each starch and vegetable, 4 ounces per person is recommended.

SLOW ROASTED TURKEY

Michigan turkey, roasted to perfection.
1. White Meat Turkey — $15 (per pound)


2. Dark Meat Turkey — $14 (per pound)

 

SOUP & SALAD

3. Butternut Squash Soup — $14 (per quart)
Roasted butternut squash, blended to perfection, served with cranberry croutons.
 

4. Honeycrisp Salad — $14 (per pound)
Harvest greens, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, feta cheese, and honey crisp apple cider vinaigrette (dressing served on the side).

SIDE DISHES

5. Garlic Mashed Potatoes — $10 (per pound)

Idaho potatoes with garlic cream sauce, ground spices, and unsalted butter.


6. Nutmeg Sweet Potatoes — $12 (per pound)

Roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon, heavy cream, and nutmeg dust.

7. Vegetable Medley — $13 (per pound)

A colorful blend of sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and dried cranberries.


8. Roasted Green Beans Almondine — $10 (per pound)

Trimmed green beans with sliced almonds, minced shallots, and fresh garlic.


9. Grandma's Rosemary Gravy — $14 (per quart)

Turkey broth slow-reduced overnight with roasted turkey bones, root vegetables and fresh herbs. 


10. Cranberry Sauce  — $14 (per quart)

Fresh cranberries cooked with grade B maple syrup, port wine and fresh orange juice.


11. Classic Stuffing — $10 (per pound)

Breadcrumbs, celery, diced carrots, diced onions, turkey broth and fresh herbs. 


12. Garlic Knot Dinner Rolls — $15 (12 count)
