Beloit Club Welcomes New Team Members

We are thrilled to welcome Damian Cross, Food & Beverage Director, and Rachel Frye, Event Manager, to the Beloit Club team!

Damian Cross joins us with over 16 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. After growing up in Upstate New York, he went to Las Vegas to pursue a career in bartending and ultimately Food & Beverage.

He's worked for celebrity chefs including Mary Sue Miliken, Susan Feniger, & Wolfgang Puck, as well as hoteliers Steve Wynn and Frank & Lorenzo Fertitta. Over the course of 16 years, he helped create and support the building of over 50 restaurants.

In his free time, Damian enjoys snowmobiling, boating, reading, and golfing.

Damian is excited to contribute to the Food & Beverage offerings and honor the tradition of golf at the Beloit Club.


Rachel Frye comes to us with 15 years in the private club sector. Most recently she served as Food and Beverage Manager at Crystal Lake Country Club where she spearheaded the planning and execution of member events, weddings, and more.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two wonderful sons, Jamie (9) and Oliver (4). Outside of work you can find Rachel tending to her vegetable garden or taking bike rides with her family. She also has a passion for music and has spent over two decades mastering the art of classical piano.

Rachel is looking forward to leveraging her breadth of experience to create unforgettable experiences for Members!

We are excited to have Damian and Rachel join the team and can't wait to see the impact they have at the Beloit Club!
