FIRST COURSE: 

Tuna Tartare 

     Roasted tomatoes, marinated sushi grade tuna, avocado sauce, and sesame aioli. 

     Paired with Hartford Court Chardonnay 

SECOND COURSE: 

Fennel Salad 

     Shaved fennel, honey crisp apple, kiwi, dried fruits, tossed in blood orange vinaigrette. 

     Paired with Siduri Pinot Noir

THIRD COURSE: 

New Zealand Venison Medallion 

     With Stilton and broccoli purée, chanterelles, creamy au gratin, finished with wine reduction sauce.
