Hall Winery Wine Dinner

Join us September 21st at 6pm for a dinner with wine pairings from Hall Winery Napa Valley. Pours include Hall Cabernet Sauvignon, Walt Chardonnay, Walt Sta. Rita Hill Pinot Noir, and Baca Tug O'War Maffei Zinfandel, Russian River Valley. Price is $85++/person. Reservations required. 

Menu: 

First

Langoustine alla Busara - Italian dish prepared with fresh herbs, garlic, peeled tomatoes, and parsley. 

Paired with Walt Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir. 

Second

Pan Seared Duck Salad - 1/2 of iceberg wedge, pan seared duck, saute baby turnips, cremini mushrooms, with a Brie cheese dressing. 

Paired with Walt Chardonnay.

Third

Braised Short Ribs - Seared and seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs, braised to perfection, served over mashed potatoes, and finished with a black pepper corn cab reduction sauce. 

Paired with Hall Cabernet Sauvignon. 

Final

Chocolate Cup - Filled with a milk chocolate mousse and topped with fresh berries. 

Paired with Baca Tug O'War Maffei Zinfandel.
